Opening of the day with Jisei Kiko

We all start our shiatsu day together with an introduction to ‘Jisei Kiko’, a Japanese Martial energetic technique developed by Sensei Kenji Tokitsu and Doctor Yayama. We open the body and get the Ki flowing. We activate the deep back muscles and work with muscle and connective tissue chains and finish with the additional 5 basic katas, also called the 5 yayamas.
