Meridian Chi Kung
Meridian Chi Kung is a set of standing exercises that improve energy flow in your 12 meridians. The exercises are structured so that you can easily integrate them into your body at your own pace. Meridian chi kung helps to ground firmly, become supple and build strength. Apart from the meridians, these exercises also have a profound effect on organs, tendons, joints, diaphragm, breathing, digestion, ... This class is open to beginners and certainly also an added value for Shiatsu practitioners to connect even deeper with both the Classical and Zen Meridians through this Chi Kung.
